Next Crop Leadership Program
Leadership in Wine
Victoria’s first Next Crop leadership program has concluded with 27 up-and-coming leaders completing the program. Developed by Wine Australia and supported by Wine Victoria, the six month program advanced leadership skills, encouraged networking and fostered innovation. Participants from Heathcote, the Grampians, Pyrenees, Nagambie and Geelong were highly complementary of the program.
Future Projects
The program finale held in Ballarat in November included presentations on projects including communications, tourism, sustainability, education, diversity and collaboration/innovation.
