Next Crop 2025: A Multi-Region Program Across Mornington Peninsula, Gippsland & Yarra Valley

Wine Victoria is excited to announce that in 2025, we will be running Next Crop as a multi-region program across the Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula, and Gippsland.

Next Crop, a leadership development initiative from Wine Australia, is dedicated to enhancing the capacity and skills of the next generation of leaders in the wine industry. Next Crop is regarded as a stepping stone program towards Future Leaders.

We are very excited to be running a multi-region group across Mornington Peninsula, Gippsland & the Yarra Valley. This program is so important to be able to assist with capability building and leadership skills for the next generation of Victorian wine industry leaders."

Selection Criteria:

Eligibility: Applicants must be either direct Wine Victoria members or a member through their Regional Association
Availability: Attend 7 full-day sessions from mid-June to late-November 2025 (averaging 1 session per month. Mix of online & in-person participation).
Industry Background: Open to professionals across the wine industry supply chain, including viticulture, winemaking, cellar door, marketing, sales, operations, and management.
Leadership Potential: We're looking for candidates who are prepared and committed to developing their leadership skills to positively contribute to their greater wine community. We're looking for those ready to take the next step in their career. To be challenged, motivated and empowered to make their mark in our dynamic industry.
Program Cost: $350(+GST) per participant
