Victorian Wine Export Program

We’ve had a busy period bringing media to Victoria with the support of the Victorian Wine Export Grant, in partnership with Global Victoria.

Alder Yarrow (US) served as the International Judge at the AAVWS and visited three regions.

Elaine Chukan Brown (US) and Jamie Goode (UK) were headline speakers at the Chardonnay Symposium, Pinot Massif, and visited two additional regions.
Nina Caplan (UK) also visited two regions.

Additionally, Wine Victoria hosted an evening with the Wine Australia media famil, where the media participated in a walk-around tasting of Victorian wines, followed by a dinner with four winemakers.

China Activities

Prior to CIIE in Shanghai, Wine Victoria supported by Global Victoria, teamed up with 67 Pall Mall China to host an walk-around tasting event, celebrating top wineries from both Victoria and China. The event featured 37 Victorian wineries alongside 26 Chinese wineries. We were delighted to welcome over 500 guests, including importers, distributors, media, key opinion leaders, and influential trade buyers from the retail and on-premise sectors.
